Note: If you have added more attractions added to your ticket, you can explore other areas at leisure.
Statue of unity ticket
I will suggest book ticket Online itself. There is a baseticket that gives entry to Statue Of Unity basement i.e you will be able to visit the gallert/muesume only.
In case you need to visit the view gallery that is at the chest hight of the statue, you will have to shell out around Rs.150 more even though you may end up spending only 15-20 min there.
Even the view from top is obstructed by the fenceing/safety grill but its a good experience.
Food options at statue of unity
There is a food court near the statue where you can have thali or southindina or pizza. There is a huge ice cream parlour as well that offers international flavours.
Amul parlour offers lassi and butter milk at mrp.
Starbucks is also there in case you are coffee enthu and like to have bakery products.
Rate wise its bit costly from normal food courts but service is excellent.
Note: There are water fountain in the area but no glass to drink in! You need to carry your empty bottel or buy it from there as souviener for Rs.50!
Additional information about sou

Do remember to add all these while buying the ticket.

These bus are available from the bus stop near SOU enterance, beside the luggage deposit counter.
